GENERAL RULES

1. Entry Format:

  • No fee for entry.
  • Submissions may be entered by individuals or teams.
  • Each submission must cover 01 idea only.

2. Eligibility:

  • Each team must include at least one currently enrolled graduate student in Vietnam.
  • Individual applicants must also be currently enrolled graduate students in Vietnam.
  • Eligible applicants include full-time, part-time graduate students.
  • Members of one team must come from the same University.
  • Applications must be submitted using an academic / institutional email address.

ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

  • Teams may include other contributors beyond the qualifying applicant.
  • However, each team must include at least one currently enrolled graduate student in Vietnam as the qualifying applicant.
  • All listed members must be genuine and active contributors to the team and the submitted idea.

DISQUALIFICATION

  • The Judging Panel reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the letter or spirit of the competition's rules, guidelines, or process.
  • All decisions made by the Judging Panel are final and binding.
